Welcome to UpriseHR.com, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform owned and operated by Uprise Technologies Pvt Ltd, a company registered in Uttar Pradesh, India. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of our HR and Project Management software and associated services ("Services"). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

By using UpriseHR, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and are legally capable of entering into a binding contract. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you agree that you have the authority to bind that organization.

2. Services Offered

UpriseHR provides cloud-based solutions for:

• Human Resource Management (HRMS)
• Project and Task Management
• Employee Communication
• Payroll and Document Management (coming soon)

We offer a 7-day free trial, after which a paid subscription is required to continue using the Services.

3. User Accounts

To use UpriseHR, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.

4. Payment and Subscription

All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. After the 7-day free trial, continued use requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method.

No Refund Policy:

We do not offer refunds for paid subscriptions. The 7-day trial is provided for evaluation before purchase.

5. Data Collection and Privacy

We collect and process personal and organizational data strictly to provide our services. This includes employee names, email addresses, dates of birth, mobile numbers, and project/task data. By using UpriseHR, you consent to our data practices as outlined in our [Privacy Policy].

We do not share your data with third parties except as required to provide our services (e.g., Razorpay for payment processing).

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials on UpriseHR are the intellectual property of Uprise Technologies Pvt Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform for internal business purposes only.

You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute our software
• Use the platform for any illegal activity
• Resell or sublicense access

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if:

• You violate these Terms
• You engage in abusive, fraudulent, or illegal behavior

Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked, and data may be deleted per our retention policy.

8. Modifications

We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify users by email or platform notification. Continued use of UpriseHR constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

UpriseHR is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. In no event shall Uprise Technologies Pvt Ltd be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Uttar Pradesh.
