These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of our HR and Project Management software and associated services ("Services"). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these Terms.

By using UpriseHR, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and are legally capable of entering into a binding contract. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you agree that you have the authority to bind that organization.

All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. After the 7-day free trial, continued use requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method.
No Refund Policy:
We do not offer refunds for paid subscriptions. The 7-day trial is provided for evaluation before purchase.
